GNTY refi: handled, moving forward

Ace handled the GNTY cluster directly (phone with Brandon Sears, appraisal set up, replied to Raleigh on the wrong-email correction). All 5 touchpoints cleared off the board and out of the Do lane on 6/18. Nothing outstanding here unless the appraisal value comes back short.

Pass 2 merge preview (old lane-names into the canonical 8)

Each old label folds into a canonical lane, then the old label is deleted. Numbers are messages carrying that label. AutoFiltered-Junk holds already-filtered mail (out of inbox), which is why the Junk column is large. Junk merge stays HELD until you lift the hold. Nothing here has run yet.

Structural cruft (underscore namespace, Pass 1.5 delete)

The old _workflow/*, _staging/*, _snooze/*, _alerts/*, _projects/*, _calendar/*, _revmgmt namespace. The _workflow/* ones fold into lanes (counted above); the rest are structural tags from the prior agent system, candidates to delete after their mail is re-sorted. _protected is excluded everywhere (it may guard your keeper threads).

Proposed lane algo (what we are tuning)

  1. Waiting on you wins over everything: if the last message is inbound, asks for something or needs a decision, and you have not replied, it is surfaced no matter the sender. These 47 are the gold.
  2. Deals = hotel acquisition / brokerage only (live opportunities). Broker listing blasts with no live interest fall to Junk, not Deals.
  3. Do vs Delegated: if a name on your team (Junaid, Alyssa, Kareem, Sam, Warren) can act, it is Delegated and you only get a nudge handle. Only you-must-sign / you-must-decide stays Do.
  4. Trace = receipts, confirmations, scheduled reports. Read = newsletters you might read. Junk = marketing, cold pitches, expired one-time codes, and the misrouted Marriott/HOUZN reports clogging the HOUUS inbox.
  5. Kill list: outright phishing/scam (fake SSA, fake verify-email, Atlas Aviation spam) and the 20+ Russian-language ads coming through the NeoTeams apus.com domain get blocked, not just archived.
Tell me where this mis-sorts and I will adjust the rules, then apply the labels in Gmail in one pass.
